Booking in plain terms

Every rental begins with a request from you. It costs nothing and it does not hold the car. Next comes our offer, with the confirmed car and every charge on one page. You decide: approve and pay, or let it go. No charge either way until you approve.

Prices on each car's page are before tax, and the offer adds the tax. A week or more is priced at the weekly rate, from 7 days. A request can be for today, as long as the pickup is at least 2 hours away.

Driver requirements

You need an Ontario G2 or G licence, valid for the whole rental, and to be 18 or older. Young drivers are welcome: a daily fee applies under 26. A card in your name pays for the rental, and we see it with your licence at pickup.

Choose before pickup how damage to the car is handled: your policy with OPCF 27, your card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Expect a deposit before every rental; its amount is set by the car. Before confirming, we verify the licence and identity of each driver.
