Car subscription: brown 2020 Subaru Forester Convenience in Java

The 2020 Subaru Forester Convenience: Car subscription

If a car by the month is the plan, the 2020 Subaru Forester Convenience is worth a look; here is why. One booking runs up to 365 days and renews with a new agreement. There is no long contract: stop at the end of any booking.

Renting for Java

Java is about 1,639 km from Toronto, outside our delivery area. We rent from Toronto only. If your trip to Java starts in the Toronto area, rent the car here.

Places around Java include Selby, Lowry and Sitka.

Specs, explained

Power: the 2.5L 4-cylinder; drive: all-wheel drive. It runs on regular gas. All-wheel drive sends power to all four wheels, which helps on snow and wet roads; good tires still matter most.

The combined figure, 8.2 L/100 km, means roughly 25 litres for 300 km. A 300 km weekend costs about $38.13 in energy at our price setting.

Size and space

An SUV body means more headroom and a taller cargo opening than a car of the same length.

Who it is for

It suits a stretch of weeks between selling one car and buying the next. It suits winter trips and weekends with more gear than people.

Can you rent one?

There is no exact match in our fleet today. Request it and we search for one, or take a similar car. Similar cars are listed below if you need one now. Ask for this exact car in your request, and we tell you what we can offer.

Booking, step by step

Every rental begins with a request from you. It costs nothing and it does not hold the car. A person replies with an offer priced for your dates, not an estimate. Approve it and the car is booked; decline it and nothing happens.

The calendar on each car's page helps you pick dates that work. A single booking can run up to 365 days. For longer, it renews month after month. Allow 2 hours or more between your request and the pickup time.

Before pickup

We need every driver to be at least 18, with an Ontario G2 or G licence. Each day of the rental carries a young driver fee if a driver is under 26. Payment is by a card in your name, shown with your licence at pickup.

The CarmaCars Protection Plan is priced in your offer by car and driver age, as one of three options for damage to the car. The deposit is taken shortly before pickup, and the balance comes back after the return. A quick licence and identity check happens before we confirm any booking.

Next step

If a car here fits, request it for your dates.
