Getting the car booked

Every rental begins with a request from you. It costs nothing and it does not hold the car. Next comes our offer, with the confirmed car and every charge on one page. You pay when you approve, and only then.

Each car page lists what is included and what costs extra. Weekly pricing starts at 7 days, and a trip never costs more than that rate for a week. We need at least 2 hours of notice before a pickup.

Licence, age and card

We need every driver to be at least 18, with an Ontario G2 or G licence. Under 26, a young driver fee applies for each day of the rental. Cars marked "no credit card needed" accept a debit card in your name; the others need a credit card.

Damage to the car is handled one of three ways: OPCF 27 on your policy, a credit card's rental car benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Deposits differ by car. Each car's page shows its amount. Every driver's licence and identity are checked before we confirm.
