How renting with us works

A request is free and takes a few minutes: the car, your dates, and pickup or delivery. A real person reviews your request and sends an offer with the price spelled out. Say yes to the offer and pay; that is when the booking is made.

You can check any car's calendar before you send a request. From one day to 365, a single booking covers it. A pickup can be as soon as 2 hours after your request, when the car is free.

Driver requirements

You need an Ontario G2 or G licence, valid for the whole rental, and to be 18 or older. Age fees stop at 26: younger drivers pay a daily young driver fee. A card in the driver's own name is required at the handover.

Third-party liability is part of every rate, and damage to the car is handled by OPCF 27, a card benefit or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Expect a deposit before every rental; its amount is set by the car. If another person will drive, add them; they go through the same check.
