Neighbouring areas include Glen Rose, Glass and Rainbow.

The numbers in plain words

Its powertrain is the 3.5L 6-cylinder with front-wheel drive. It runs on regular gas. With front-wheel drive, the weight of the engine sits over the driven wheels, which helps in winter.

Its combined rating is 10.4 L/100 km, which means roughly 31 litres for 300 km. For 1,000 km, budget about $161.20 at our price setting.

When the Pilot makes sense

It suits a work trip where a reliable car matters more than anything else. It suits winter trips and weekends with more gear than people.

Living with the Pilot

As a compact SUV, it sits higher than a sedan, which makes getting in and loading easier.

Can I rent it?

This exact car is not in our fleet at the moment; a request asks us to look for one. Ask for your dates, and we reply with what we can offer. Similar cars are listed below if you need one now. Delivery starts at $0 plus distance; collecting the car yourself is free.

The booking steps

Your part at the start is short: choose a car and dates and send a free request. Someone on our team confirms the car is free for those dates and sends you an offer with every charge listed. Approve it and the car is booked; decline it and nothing happens.

The calendar on each car's page helps you pick dates that work. A booking can be a single day or up to 365 days. With 2 hours of notice or more, a same-day pickup can work when the car is free.

Renting: the basics

If you are 18 or over and hold an Ontario G2 or G licence, you can rent. There is no upper age limit, and drivers under 26 pay a fee for each day. The name on the card has to match the name on the licence.

Choose before pickup how damage to the car is handled: your policy with OPCF 27, your card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is taken shortly before pickup, and the balance comes back after the return. Name every driver in your request, and each is checked before pickup.

When the dates are set, a request gets you a real price.
