A note on Yameri

If you are starting from Toronto, rent the car here and drive it to Yameri. Yameri is about 3,364 km from Toronto, outside our delivery area.

Close by are San Francisco el Ocatal, San Francisco el Ocotal and Río Tiltepec, each with its own page.

The figures, translated

Under the hood: the 2.5L 4-cylinder and all-wheel drive. It runs on regular gas. With all-wheel drive, it pulls away more surely on slippery roads, though it does not stop any shorter.

Plan on about 25 litres per 300 km; the combined rating is 8.2 L/100 km. At our price setting, it costs about $12.71 to drive 100 km.

When the Outback makes sense

It suits people curious about the model who want to drive it before they buy. Its all-wheel drive suits winter roads and trips to ski country.

Practical details

The higher seat of a compact SUV gives a good view of the road in traffic.

Can I rent it?

Tell us your dates and we check this car or the closest match. None in our fleet right now; ask and we look for one for your dates. Similar cars are listed below if you need one now.

What to have ready

An Ontario G2 or G licence and an age of 18 or more are the starting point. Drivers under 26 pay a young driver fee for each day, shown on each car's page. Cars marked "no credit card needed" accept a debit card in your name; the others need a credit card.

Third-party liability comes with every rate. For the car itself: your own policy with OPCF 27, a card that covers rentals, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is taken about 1 hour before pickup, never when you book. If another person will drive, add them; they go through the same check.

Booking made plain

To book, you request the car for your dates. There is no charge to send it and no obligation. An offer follows, with the car we confirm and the full price for your dates. The booking is confirmed when you approve the offer and pay it.

Prices on each car's page are before tax, and the offer adds the tax. From 7 days, the weekly rate takes over. At least 2 hours must separate the request from the pickup.

Questions first?

When the dates are set, a request gets you a real price.
