The 2020 Audi A4 Progressiv: Cheap car rental

Cheap car rental and the 2020 Audi A4 Progressiv: the figures first, then how to rent it from CarmaCars.

What the figures tell you

Power comes from the 2.0L 4-cylinder turbo, driving through a 7-speed automatic. The turbo gives a small engine the pull of a bigger one when you need it. With front-wheel drive, the weight of the engine sits over the driven wheels, which helps in winter.

At 7.9 L/100 km combined, a 300 km drive takes roughly 24 litres of fuel. At our price setting, it costs about $13.83 to drive 100 km.

Room inside

It is a straightforward car to drive, park and live with. At 4.76 m from bumper to bumper, it is on the long side. Check the size of a tight parking spot. EPA lists 368 litres of luggage space, enough for about two large suitcases and a few soft bags.

When the A4 makes sense

It suits anyone who needs a car for a few days, a week or a month without buying one. It suits a work trip where a reliable car matters more than anything else.

Getting this car from us

Want a car for specific dates? Put them in the request and we check. We have none on the site right now. Send a request for this exact car and we look for one for your dates. Similar cars are listed below if you need one now.

From request to keys

You begin by requesting a car for your dates; the request is free. Our offer spells out the rate, the delivery fee if any, and the deposit. Only an approved, paid offer books the car.

Each listing shows the daily, weekly and monthly rate of that car. Book by the week from 7 days, or by the month up to 365 days. We need at least 2 hours of notice before a pickup.

Requirements

If you are 18 or over and hold an Ontario G2 or G licence, you can rent. Drivers under 26 pay a young driver fee for each day, shown on each car's page. A card in the driver's own name is required at the handover.

Liability to other people is included in every rate. For the car itself, pick your own policy (OPCF 27), a card with rental car benefits, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Each car shows its deposit, and we take it about 1 hour before pickup. Licence and identity checks happen before the booking is confirmed.
