Who can rent
The minimum age is 18, and the licence must be an Ontario G2 or G, valid for the whole trip. A young driver fee applies each day for drivers under 26. Your licence and the card you paid with come with you to the pickup.
You need one of three things in place for damage to the car: OPCF 27 on your own policy, a credit card that covers rentals, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. We hold the deposit shortly before pickup and release it after the return. Extra drivers are welcome; each one is checked and signs the agreement.
From your dates to the handover
You start by asking: a car, a start time, an end time. Asking is free. A person checks the request and sends you an offer with the full price. Say yes to the offer and pay; that is when the booking is made.
Each car shows its own extra kilometre rate, so nothing surprises you later. Stay as long as you need: up to 365 days a booking, then renew. Book ahead if you can; 2 hours is the shortest notice we take.

What coverage do I need?
Third-party liability is included in the rate. For damage to the car itself, have your own policy (OPCF 27), a credit card with rental car coverage, or add the CarmaCars Protection Plan, priced in your offer by car and driver age. At $2,500 or more we claim on our fleet policy and you pay the $2,500 deductible.
Can the car be delivered?
Yes, anywhere, including Toronto Pearson International Airport and Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport. Delivery starts at $0 plus the distance from our location, priced in your offer. Collecting the car yourself is free.
