Before pickup
You need an Ontario G2 or G licence, valid for the whole rental, and to be 18 or older. Age fees stop at 26: younger drivers pay a daily young driver fee. The card must be in the driver's name, and we check it with the licence in person.
Damage to the car is handled one of three ways: OPCF 27 on your policy, a credit card's rental car benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. There is a deposit for each rental, taken shortly before pickup rather than at booking. Each driver named on the booking signs the rental agreement.

All you send at first is a request with the car and the dates, and it is free. We send the offer to your account and your email, with the total shown. Pay when you approve, not a minute before.

At $2,500 or more we claim on our fleet policy and you pay the $2,500 deductible.
