Collision replacement car: the 2017 Toyota Corolla CE

If you need a car while yours is off the road, the 2017 Toyota Corolla CE is one option; this page explains the car and how booking works. When your adjuster approves a rental, we can bill your insurance company directly. After a collision, your insurer may pay for the rental once your adjuster approves it.

The Corolla and Farmbrook

We have no location in Farmbrook; CarmaCars rents from Toronto, about 509 km away. We rent from Toronto only. If your trip to Farmbrook starts in the Toronto area, rent the car here.

The pages for Hannover, Crestwood Village and Mountain Village cover the areas next door.

The numbers in plain words

Power: the 1.8L 4-cylinder; drive: front-wheel drive. It runs on regular gas. Front-wheel drive is the usual layout for cars this size, predictable in the rain and the snow.

For 300 km of mixed driving, expect about 23 litres, from its 7.6 L/100 km rating. A 300 km weekend costs about $35.34 in energy at our price setting.

Inside and out

Being a mid-size car, it is easy to park and comfortable on longer drives. EPA lists 368 litres of luggage space, enough for about two large suitcases and a few soft bags.

When the Corolla makes sense

It suits a stretch between cars, by the week or the month. It suits a weekend away when the train does not reach where you are going.

In our fleet

Your request can name this exact car; the offer confirms what we can give you. None in our fleet right now; ask and we look for one for your dates. Meanwhile, 7 similar cars are listed below.

Request, offer, keys

A short online request with the car and your times gets things moving, at no cost. A person replies with an offer priced for your dates, not an estimate. Nothing is charged until you approve it and pay.

Each car shows its rate for a day, a weekend day, a week and a month. The longer the booking, the lower the rate a day tends to be. The minimum notice is 2 hours, so an afternoon pickup can be requested in the morning.

Renting: the basics

Drivers need to be 18 or over, holding an Ontario G2 or G licence for the whole rental. A daily young driver fee applies to drivers under 26, with no maximum age. We check that the card and the licence carry the same name.

Choose before pickup how damage to the car is handled: your policy with OPCF 27, your card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. We hold the deposit shortly before pickup and release it after the return. We verify licences and identity for every renter, with no exceptions.

One more step

Choose a car above and send a request. A person replies with an offer, and you pay only if you approve it.
