From request to keys

Each car shows its own extra kilometre rate, so nothing surprises you later. Bookings run from one day up to 365 days at a time. Pickups need at least 2 hours of notice from the time you send the request.

Licence, age and card

From age 18, with an Ontario G2 or G licence, you can send a request. Under 26? You can rent, with a daily young driver fee shown on the car's page. At pickup, have your original licence and the payment card ready.

Three options cover damage to the car: OPCF 27 on your auto policy, a credit card with rental car benefits, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is taken about 1 hour before pickup, never when you book. Every driver's licence and identity are checked before we confirm.
