Requesting a car

The first step is a free request: which car, which dates, and how you want to get it. The offer we send lists the car we confirm and the full price. Pay when you approve, not a minute before.

Every car lists its own deposit and the kilometres included each day. A booking can be a single day or up to 365 days. Requests need at least 2 hours of notice before the pickup time.

Who qualifies

We rent to drivers aged 18 and up who hold an Ontario G2 or G licence. If you are under 26, expect a young driver fee each day; there is no upper age limit. Bring the card you paid with and your original licence to the handover.

Before the keys change hands, one of three options must be in place for the car: OPCF 27, a card benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Your deposit is held for the rental and released after the car comes back and is checked. Every renter goes through the same check of licence and identity before the car is confirmed.
