How renting with us works

Every booking starts as a request: the car, the dates and where you want it. Nothing is charged to send one. You receive an offer with the price, the deposit and what is included. If the offer works for you, approve and pay to confirm. If not, you owe nothing.

The rates you see on a car's page are the rates in your offer. The monthly rate covers a booking of up to 365 days. Plan for at least 2 hours between sending the request and picking up the car.

Checking your details

Every driver must be 18 or older with an Ontario G2 or G licence. Drivers under 26 pay a young driver fee for each day, shown on each car's page. Your licence and the card you paid with come with you to the pickup.

Before the keys change hands, one of three options must be in place for the car: OPCF 27, a card benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is released after the return, once the car is checked. We verify licences and identity for every renter, with no exceptions.
