Java and the Corolla

Around Java you will also find Selby, Lowry and Sitka.

The numbers in plain words

The 2.0L 4-cylinder, paired with an automatic (CVT), drives it. It runs on regular gas. Front-wheel drive is the usual layout for cars this size, predictable in the rain and the snow.

It is rated at 7.0 L/100 km combined; 300 km takes about 21 litres. At our price setting, it costs about $10.85 to drive 100 km.

Practical details

Being a compact car, it is easy to park and comfortable on longer drives. In plain terms, its 368 litres of luggage space hold about two large suitcases and a few soft bags.

A good match for

It suits a work trip where a reliable car matters more than anything else. It suits a stretch between cars, by the week or the month.

Can you rent one?

There is no exact match in our fleet today. Request it and we search for one, or take a similar car. Put this car and your dates in a request, and we reply with an offer. Meanwhile, 7 similar cars are listed below.

What we check

From age 18, with an Ontario G2 or G licence, you can send a request. The young driver fee covers drivers under 26; older drivers pay no age fee. We check that the card and the licence carry the same name.

Third-party liability is part of every rate, and damage to the car is handled by OPCF 27, a card benefit or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is never taken when you book; it comes about 1 hour before pickup. Everyone who will drive signs the agreement after the licence check.

How it works

Requests come first at CarmaCars. You name the car and the dates, and we take it from there. Next comes our offer, with the confirmed car and every charge on one page. Pay when you approve, not a minute before.

Open a car to see its photos, rates, deposit and kilometres included. Stay as long as you need: up to 365 days a booking, then renew. At least 2 hours must separate the request from the pickup.

When you know your dates

If a car here fits, request it for your dates.
