Requirements

An Ontario G2 or G licence and an age of 18 or more are the starting point. If you are under 26, expect a young driver fee each day; there is no upper age limit. The card you pay with must be yours, and you bring it to the handover.

Before the keys change hands, one of three options must be in place for the car: OPCF 27, a card benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. A deposit is held for every rental, about 1 hour before you get the car. We check every driver; it takes a few minutes and protects everyone.
