Your Forester and the shop

What to send us

We pass your request to a trusted shop or give you its name. The shop quotes the job; you approve it before any work. You approve the shop's quote before any work.

What to ask

Ask how the shop takes payment before you pick the car up. Ask what warranty the shop gives on its parts and labour. Keep the invoice; it is part of the car's service history.

Car care, briefly

Wash the underside of the car in winter to clear road salt. Clear snow off the whole car, roof included, before you drive. Note the mileage when each service is done, so you know when the next is due.
