Arranging the work for the A4

Engine repair for the 2024 Audi A4 Progressiv: the work is done by a shop we trust, never by CarmaCars. An engine that runs rough, smokes or overheats needs a look soon.

Details the shop needs

Mention the trim and engine in your request; parts differ between them. The shop may ask for the VIN to order the right parts. Your owner's manual lists the maintenance schedule for the A4. It runs the 2.0L 4-cylinder turbo hybrid, with all-wheel drive.

How the arrangement works

Send a request with the car and what it needs; a person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one. Your request goes to a person, who arranges a trusted shop or gives you its name. Send the car's details and what it needs; we take it from there.

A rental while you wait

Pick a car that suits your week from our fleet. We deliver the rental to you and collect it when your car is ready. Your offer shows any delivery fee before you pay.

Car care, briefly

Clear snow off the whole car, roof included, before you drive. Do not ignore a warning light; an early check often costs less than a late repair. Note the mileage when each service is done, so you know when the next is due.

Questions to ask the shop

Ask what warranty the shop gives on its parts and labour. Ask whether anything else is close to needing attention, and how soon. Ask the shop to call you before doing anything not on the estimate.

Send a request

Send a request with the car and what it needs, and a person replies within one business day.
