Rent by the day or the week, and stop when your car is back. Rent by the day while the shop has your car. We hand every car over in person, at your address or at our location.
Talking to the shop
Ask whether anything else is close to needing attention, and how soon. Ask whether the estimate includes tax and shop supplies. Ask how the shop will contact you if it finds something unexpected.
Good habits for your car
Keep the spare, the jack and the wheel lock key where you can find them. Replace wiper blades when they streak; it matters in rain and snow. Wash the underside of the car in winter to clear road salt.
