Engine repair: how we help
The Daewoo and engine work: CarmaCars arranges a trusted shop, and never does the work itself. An engine that runs rough, smokes or overheats needs a look soon.
Details the shop needs
Tell the shop about any warning light or sound you have noticed. Note the mileage on the odometer when you send the request. A photo of the dashboard warning light helps the shop prepare.
What CarmaCars does here
You agree everything with the shop before work begins. You agree the price with the shop before any work starts. We can deliver a rental to you while your car is at the shop.
A car meanwhile
Pick a car that suits your week from our fleet. Rent by the day while the shop has your car. Delivery and pickup are both options across the Toronto area.
What to ask
Ask if the shop needs the car for a full day or only a few hours. Ask whether anything else is close to needing attention, and how soon. If a warning light was the reason, ask what the code was and what fixed it.
Good habits for your car
Top up the washer fluid with a winter mix in the cold months. Look at the tire tread before long trips. Replace wiper blades when they streak; it matters in rain and snow.
Over to you
A short request starts it: the car, the problem, and when suits you.
Request engine repair
Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
