Driving while yours is at the shop
We collect the rental when your car is back. If the repair runs long, keep the rental longer. Pick it up from us for free, or have it brought to you.
Questions to ask the shop
Ask what warranty the shop gives on its parts and labour. Ask if the shop needs the car for a full day or only a few hours. Ask whether the shop needs your keys, the wheel lock key or the spare.
Car care, briefly
Keep a record of every service; it helps the shop and adds value when you sell. Follow the maintenance schedule in your owner's manual, by time or distance. Keep an emergency kit in the trunk in winter.
