Engine repair for the Kandi
For engine work on your Kandi, we arrange a trusted shop; CarmaCars does not do the work. Engine work ranges from a leak to a rebuild; the shop inspects the car and quotes it.
Your car, your notes
The shop may ask for the VIN to order the right parts. Mention the trim and engine in your request; parts differ between them. Tell the shop about any warning light or sound you have noticed.
Our part and the shop's part
Your request goes to a person, who arranges a trusted shop or gives you its name. We keep you posted until the car is booked in. We can deliver a rental to you while your car is at the shop.
A rental while you wait
Rent by the day or the week, and stop when your car is back. Keep the rental as long as the repair takes. Delivery and pickup are both options across the Toronto area.
Small things that help
Clear snow off the whole car, roof included, before you drive. Use the grade of fuel your owner's manual calls for. Do not ignore a warning light; an early check often costs less than a late repair.
Getting a clear quote
Ask whether anything else is close to needing attention, and how soon. Ask if the shop needs the car for a full day or only a few hours. If the car must stay overnight, ask where it will be kept.
Over to you
A request is free and gets a reply within one business day.
Request engine repair
Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
