The Qvale: Engine repair
Need engine work for the Qvale? We arrange it with a trusted shop; the work is never done by CarmaCars. An engine that runs rough, smokes or overheats needs a look soon.
Your car, your notes
Bring the owner's manual or service records if you have them. Mention the trim and engine in your request; parts differ between them. The shop sets its own price and time after it sees the car.
What we arrange
The shop sets the price and the time after seeing the car. You approve the shop's quote before any work. We follow up until the shop has the car booked in.
Keep moving meanwhile
We collect the rental when your car is back. If the repair runs long, keep the rental longer. We meet you with the car at the time we confirm, at your address or ours.
Between shop visits
Keep a record of every service; it helps the shop and adds value when you sell. Check that all lights work every few weeks. Wash the underside of the car in winter to clear road salt.
What to ask
Ask for a written estimate before any work starts. Ask if the shop needs the car for a full day or only a few hours. Ask whether the shop will check anything related while the car is there.
Still deciding?
A short request starts it: the car, the problem, and when suits you.
Request engine repair
Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
