A rental from us keeps you moving while the shop has your car. Rent for as long as the job takes, by the day or the week. The car can come to your door in the Toronto area, or you pick it up at no charge.
Small things that help
Have the battery tested before winter if it is more than a few years old. Clear snow off the whole car, roof included, before you drive. Keep the spare, the jack and the wheel lock key where you can find them.
Talking to the shop
If a warning light was the reason, ask what the code was and what fixed it. Ask whether anything else is close to needing attention, and how soon. Ask how the shop takes payment before you pick the car up.
