Driving while yours is at the shop
We deliver the rental to you and collect it when your car is ready. We collect the rental when your car is back. We bring the car to your address in the Toronto area, or you collect it for free.
Talking to the shop
Ask for the work to be listed line by line on the invoice. Ask what warranty the shop gives on its parts and labour. Ask whether the shop needs your keys, the wheel lock key or the spare.
Small things that help
Follow the maintenance schedule in your owner's manual, by time or distance. Replace wiper blades when they streak; it matters in rain and snow. Keep the spare, the jack and the wheel lock key where you can find them.
