Executive car service with this car

If a car with a driver is the plan, the 2019 Audi A4 Progressiv is worth a look; here is why. Chauffeur bookings are by the hour, two hours minimum; send a request and we reply with the vehicle we can offer and the price.

Java and the A4

Java is about 3,178 km from Toronto, outside our delivery area. We rent from Toronto only. If your trip to Java starts in the Toronto area, rent the car here.

Other places near Java: Klinefelter, Ibis and Arrowhead Junction.

Engine and fuel

It is powered by the 2.0L 4-cylinder turbo, with front-wheel drive. It calls for premium gas, which costs more a litre than regular. With front-wheel drive, the weight of the engine sits over the driven wheels, which helps in winter.

By the EPA's combined rating of 7.8 L/100 km, 300 km takes about 23 litres. In energy, every 100 km costs about $13.65 at our price setting.

Who the A4 suits

It suits a work trip where a reliable car matters more than anything else. It suits client visits, weddings and special weekends.

Living with the A4

Its car body is low and settled, with a separate trunk. EPA lists 368 litres of luggage space, enough for about two large suitcases and a few soft bags.

In our fleet

This exact car is not in our fleet at the moment; a request asks us to look for one. Meanwhile, 6 similar cars are listed below. Ask for your dates, and we reply with what we can offer.

Before you rent

You must be 18 or older and hold a valid Ontario G2 or G licence. We accept young drivers; those under 26 pay a daily fee. The card you pay with must be yours, and you bring it to the handover.

Before pickup, choose how damage to the car is handled: your auto policy (OPCF 27), your credit card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. A deposit is held before each rental; the amount is on the car's page. Name every driver in your request, and each is checked before pickup.

The booking steps

Send the request with your dates first; no money changes hands at that stage. Then we send an offer. The offer shows the price before 13% HST and the deposit. Approve the offer to book the car. That is the moment you pay, not before.

Prices on each car's page are before tax, and the offer adds the tax. From 7 days, the weekly rate applies; up to 365 days, a trip never costs more than the monthly rate. Short notice is fine: 2 hours is the minimum before a pickup.
