Rules for renters

Every driver needs an Ontario G2 or G licence and must be 18 or older. From 26, no age fee applies; below it, a daily young driver fee does. The payment card and the licence must match the driver's name.

Before the keys change hands, one of three options must be in place for the car: OPCF 27, a card benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Your deposit is held about 1 hour ahead of pickup and released after the return. We check every driver; it takes a few minutes and protects everyone.
