What we ask of drivers

Every driver needs an Ontario G2 or G licence and must be 18 or older. Young drivers, under 26, can rent too, with a fee for each day. The card you pay with must be yours, and you bring it to the handover.

The CarmaCars Protection Plan is priced in your offer by car and driver age, as one of three options for damage to the car. There is a deposit for each rental, taken shortly before pickup rather than at booking. Each renter is checked the same way, before the booking is confirmed.

You can check any car's calendar before you send a request. For longer stays, each booking of up to 365 days renews with a new agreement. A request can be for today, as long as the pickup is at least 2 hours away.
