Who can rent

You need an Ontario G2 or G licence, valid for the whole rental, and to be 18 or older. The young driver fee covers drivers under 26; older drivers pay no age fee. Cars marked "no credit card needed" accept a debit card in your name; the others need a credit card.

You need one of three things in place for damage to the car: OPCF 27 on your own policy, a credit card that covers rentals, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is separate from the rental price and is returned after the rental. Each extra driver is checked the same way and signs the rental agreement.
