What to bring
At pickup you must be 18 or older and carry your original G2 or G licence. No maximum age, and a daily fee only for drivers under 26. Debit works on cars marked "no credit card needed"; the others take a credit card.
The CarmaCars Protection Plan is one of three options for damage to the car; the others are OPCF 27 on your policy or a card with rental car benefits. The deposit comes about 1 hour before you get the car, not at booking. Licence and identity checks happen before the booking is confirmed.
Booking made plain
To get started, send a request for the car and dates. You are not charged for it. Our reply is an offer that lists the rate, the kilometres included and any delivery fee. Your card is charged only when you approve the offer.
Each car page lists what is included and what costs extra. One booking runs up to 365 days, and a longer stay renews with a new agreement. Pickups need at least 2 hours of notice from the time you send the request.
