Renters must be at least 18 and hold an Ontario G2 or G licence. A young driver fee applies each day for drivers under 26. Debit works on cars marked "no credit card needed"; the others take a credit card.

Before pickup, choose how damage to the car is handled: your auto policy (OPCF 27), your credit card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is separate from the rental price and is returned after the rental. Name every driver in your request, and each is checked before pickup.
