The 2021 Ram 1500 TRX: Limo service

The 2021 Ram 1500 TRX for a car with a driver: the facts first, then the booking. Chauffeur bookings are by the hour, two hours minimum; send a request and we reply with the vehicle we can offer and the price.

The 1500 and Bald Knobs

We have no location in Bald Knobs; CarmaCars rents from Toronto, about 568 km away. If you are starting from Toronto, rent the car here and drive it to Bald Knobs.

If you are near Bald Knobs, Merritt, Stiversville and Oldtown Flats are close too.

Under the hood

The 6.2L 8-cylinder supercharged with four-wheel drive is the powertrain to look at. It calls for premium gas, which costs more a litre than regular. Four-wheel drive helps on rough ground and deep snow; on dry roads it behaves like any other vehicle.

Expect about 59 litres for every 300 km, going by its 19.8 L/100 km combined rating. At our price setting, driving 100 km costs about $34.65, and a 300 km weekend about $103.95.

Who rents the 1500

It suits a work trip where a reliable car matters more than anything else. It suits a stretch between cars, by the week or the month.

Inside and out

It is built for loads that would never fit in a trunk.

Our 1500 cars

None in our fleet right now; ask and we look for one for your dates. Similar cars are below if you need one sooner. If you want this one, say so in the request; we confirm before you pay.

Booking in plain terms

Pick the car and the dates that suit you, then send a request. There is no payment at that point. You receive an offer with the price, the deposit and what is included. Offers stay open for 24 hours. Approve one and pay to book the car.

Each car's calendar shows the days it is already booked. Stay as long as you need: up to 365 days a booking, then renew. Requests for later the same day work when there are at least 2 hours to spare.

What you need to rent

Our minimum age is 18; an Ontario G2 or G licence is required. There is no maximum age. Drivers under 26 pay a young driver fee each day. Cars marked "no credit card needed" accept a debit card in your name; the others need a credit card.

You pick how damage to the car is handled before pickup: OPCF 27, a credit card benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. We take the deposit shortly before pickup and return it after the car comes back. Each driver named on the booking signs the rental agreement.
