The 2021 Ram 1500 TRX: Uber Eats car rental

The 2021 Ram 1500 TRX is on this page for Uber Eats car rental: here is what to know before you request one. Tell us in your request that the car is for app work. For rideshare or delivery work, tell us in your request; weekly and monthly rates come first for that kind of use.

Bald Knobs and the 1500

Bald Knobs is about 568 km from our Toronto location, beyond the area we deliver to. We rent from Toronto only. If your trip to Bald Knobs starts in the Toronto area, rent the car here.

The pages for Merritt, Stiversville and Oldtown Flats cover the areas next door.

Under the hood

The powertrain here is the 6.2L 8-cylinder supercharged with four-wheel drive and an 8-speed automatic. It calls for premium gas, which costs more a litre than regular. Four-wheel drive helps on rough ground and deep snow; on dry roads it behaves like any other vehicle.

At 19.8 L/100 km combined, a 300 km drive takes roughly 59 litres of fuel. The fuel for 100 km comes to about $34.65 at our price setting.

Is it right for your trip?

It uses more fuel than most, so it suits shorter trips or people who need its size. It suits a family trip where everyone and everything fits in one car.

Space and size

A pickup is long and tall, so plan for parking and low garages.

Getting this car from us

Similar cars are below if you need one sooner. Tell us your dates and we check this car or the closest match. None in our fleet right now; ask and we look for one for your dates.

Getting the car booked

Every booking starts as a request: the car, the dates and where you want it. Nothing is charged to send one. A real person reviews your request and sends an offer with the price spelled out. Pay when you approve, not a minute before.

Compare cars side by side by opening their pages. Rent for a day, a week or up to 365 days in one booking. Same-day requests are fine with at least 2 hours of notice, when the car is free.

What we ask of drivers

At pickup you must be 18 or older and carry your original G2 or G licence. There is no upper age limit, and drivers under 26 pay a fee for each day. The card you pay with must be yours, and you bring it to the handover.

For damage to the car itself, have your own policy (OPCF 27), a credit card with rental car coverage, or add the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is never taken when you book; it comes about 1 hour before pickup. Name every driver in your request, and each is checked before pickup.

Your move

Send your dates and we will reply with a car and a price.
