How renting with us works
Start with a request. Choose the car, the pickup time and the return time, and send it without paying anything. The reply is an offer you can read in full before you decide anything. An offer is valid for 24 hours, and you pay only when you approve it.
Each car shows its rate for a day, a weekend day, a week and a month. A week or more is priced at the weekly rate, from 7 days. Give us 2 hours or more before the pickup and we can usually make it work.
What we need from you
Our minimum age is 18; an Ontario G2 or G licence is required. If any driver is under 26, a young driver fee is added for each day. The name on the card has to match the name on the licence.
The CarmaCars Protection Plan is one of three options for damage to the car; the others are OPCF 27 on your policy or a card with rental car benefits. There is a deposit for each rental, taken shortly before pickup rather than at booking. Every renter goes through the same check of licence and identity before the car is confirmed.

How old do I need to be to rent?
18 or older at pickup, with an Ontario G2 or G licence valid for the whole rental. Drivers aged 18 to 20 pay a young driver fee of $35 a day, and 21 to 25 pay $20 a day.
How much is the deposit?
Between $500 and $5,000, depending on the car. It is taken about 1 hour before pickup, never when you book, and the balance is released within 7 business days after you return the car.
What coverage do I need?
Third-party liability is included in the rate. For damage to the car itself, have your own policy (OPCF 27), a credit card with rental car coverage, or add the CarmaCars Protection Plan, priced in your offer by car and driver age. At $2,500 or more we claim on our fleet policy and you pay the $2,500 deductible.
Can the car be delivered?
Yes, anywhere, including Toronto Pearson International Airport and Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport. Delivery starts at $75 plus the distance from our location, priced in your offer. Collecting the car yourself is free.
