Request, offer, keys

First, a request: the car you like, when you need it, and where. No payment yet. We check the calendar and your details, then send you an offer with the total. Approve the offer to book the car. That is the moment you pay, not before.

You can see every car's calendar and rates before you send anything. A rental of 7 days or longer is priced at the weekly rate. Short notice is fine: 2 hours is the minimum before a pickup.

Requirements

Drivers 18 and older can rent with a valid Ontario G2 or G licence. Drivers below 26 pay a fee each day of the rental, and older drivers pay none. You show your original licence and your card when we hand you the keys.

Damage to the car is handled one of three ways: OPCF 27 on your policy, a credit card's rental car benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Each car shows its deposit, and we take it about 1 hour before pickup. Everyone who will drive signs the agreement after the licence check.
