From your dates to the handover
Your part at the start is short: choose a car and dates and send a free request. We answer with a written offer: the car, the dates, the price and the deposit. Say yes to the offer and pay; that is when the booking is made.
A car's page shows the deposit and the kilometres included each day. For longer stays, each booking of up to 365 days renews with a new agreement. A request can be for today, as long as the pickup is at least 2 hours away.
Rules for renters
You need to be 18 or older at pickup, with an Ontario G2 or G licence valid for the whole rental. We accept young drivers; those under 26 pay a daily fee. At pickup, have your original licence and the payment card ready.
Choose before pickup how damage to the car is handled: your policy with OPCF 27, your card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Deposits differ by car. Each car's page shows its amount. Name every driver in your request, and each is checked before pickup.

For damage to the car itself, have your own policy (OPCF 27), a credit card with rental car coverage, or add the CarmaCars Protection Plan, priced in your offer by car and driver age. At $2,500 or more we claim on our fleet policy and you pay the $2,500 deductible.
Can the car be delivered?
Yes, anywhere, including Toronto Pearson International Airport and Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport. Delivery starts at $75 plus the distance from our location, priced in your offer. Collecting the car yourself is free.
