Luup alternative: brown 2016 Honda Civic EX in Yameri

About the 2016 Honda Civic EX

Here is the 2016 Honda Civic EX, for anyone after a rental car. Every car has its own page with its rates and calendar. You choose the car; a person confirms it and sends the price.

The Civic and Yameri

CarmaCars is based in Toronto, about 3,364 km from Yameri, and does not deliver there. If you are starting from Toronto, rent the car here and drive it to Yameri.

Next door to Yameri are San Francisco el Ocatal, San Francisco el Ocotal and Río Tiltepec.

Reading the spec sheet

It is powered by the 1.5L 4-cylinder turbo, with front-wheel drive. The turbo gives a small engine the pull of a bigger one when you need it. With front-wheel drive, the weight of the engine sits over the driven wheels, which helps in winter.

Its combined rating is 6.7 L/100 km, which means roughly 20 litres for 300 km. That works out to about $10.39 per 100 km at our price setting.

Who it is for

It suits commuters, couples and business trips. It suits visitors who want a familiar car for a week in town.

What to expect from the Civic

Its car body is low and settled, with a separate trunk. At 425 litres, the trunk fits a family's bags for a long weekend.

Getting one from us

If you want this one, say so in the request; we confirm before you pay. None in our fleet right now; ask and we look for one for your dates. Meanwhile, 8 similar cars are listed below.

Request, offer, keys

First you send a request with the car and the times. No card is charged for it. The offer we send lists the car we confirm and the full price. The booking is confirmed when you approve the offer and pay it.

The calendar on each car's page helps you pick dates that work. A week or more is priced at the weekly rate, from 7 days. A request can be for today, as long as the pickup is at least 2 hours away.

Driver requirements

You need an Ontario G2 or G licence, valid for the whole rental, and to be 18 or older. If you are under 26, expect a young driver fee each day; there is no upper age limit. Bring the card in your name that paid for the booking.

Choose before pickup how damage to the car is handled: your policy with OPCF 27, your card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Each car's deposit is listed on its page, so you know it before you ask. If another person will drive, add them; they go through the same check.
