Who qualifies
We rent to drivers aged 18 and up who hold an Ontario G2 or G licence. Young drivers, under 26, can rent too, with a fee for each day. Debit works on cars marked "no credit card needed"; the others take a credit card.
Liability to other people is included in every rate. For the car itself, pick your own policy (OPCF 27), a card with rental car benefits, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit comes about 1 hour before you get the car, not at booking. Licence and identity checks happen before the booking is confirmed.
Requesting a car
All you send at first is a request with the car and the dates, and it is free. You get an offer that says exactly what the rental costs before tax. An offer is valid for 24 hours, and you pay only when you approve it.
A car's page shows the deposit and the kilometres included each day. Book by the week from 7 days, or by the month up to 365 days. Leave at least 2 hours between your request and the pickup.
