Renting the 2003 Honda Element
Here is the 2003 Honda Element from the angle of someone searching for Luup alternative. Every car has its own page with its rates and calendar. You choose the car; a person confirms it and sends the price.
Reading the spec sheet
The 2.4L 4-cylinder with front-wheel drive is the powertrain to look at. It runs on regular gas. With front-wheel drive, the weight of the engine sits over the driven wheels, which helps in winter.
Fuel use is rated 11.2 L/100 km combined, so 300 km needs about 34 litres. In money, 1,000 km costs about $173.60 at our price setting.
When the Element makes sense
It uses more fuel than most, so it suits shorter trips or people who need its size. It suits anyone who needs a car for a few days, a week or a month without buying one.
Living with the Element
Being an SUV, it handles luggage, strollers and sports gear well.
Getting this car from us
Tell us your dates and we check this car or the closest match. None in our fleet right now; ask and we look for one for your dates. Meanwhile, 6 similar cars are listed below. Pick it up from us for free, or have it brought to you.
How to book
A booking with us starts as a request that you send without paying. If the car is free, you get an offer with the full price; if not, we suggest another car. Nothing is charged until you approve it and pay.
Prices on each car's page are before tax, and the offer adds the tax. A rental of 7 days or longer is priced at the weekly rate. Short notice is fine: 2 hours is the minimum before a pickup.
What we check
At pickup you must be 18 or older and carry your original G2 or G licence. A daily young driver fee applies to drivers under 26, with no maximum age. The card you pay with must be yours, and you bring it to the handover.
The CarmaCars Protection Plan is one of three options for damage to the car; the others are OPCF 27 on your policy or a card with rental car benefits. A deposit is held for every rental, about 1 hour before you get the car. Each extra driver is checked the same way and signs the rental agreement.
Ask us
Tell us your dates and where you want the car, and we will do the rest.
