What we ask of drivers

You need to be 18 or older at pickup, with an Ontario G2 or G licence valid for the whole rental. Drivers below 26 pay a fee each day of the rental, and older drivers pay none. Bring the card you paid with and your original licence to the handover.

Before pickup, choose how damage to the car is handled: your auto policy (OPCF 27), your credit card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. We take the deposit shortly before pickup and return it after the car comes back. If another person will drive, add them; they go through the same check.

How to book

A request is free and takes a few minutes: the car, your dates, and pickup or delivery. An offer follows, with the car we confirm and the full price for your dates. If the offer works for you, approve and pay to confirm. If not, you owe nothing.

The calendar on each car's page helps you pick dates that work. Longer trips cost less a day: the weekly rate starts at 7 days. The shortest notice we accept before a pickup is 2 hours.
