Booking in plain terms

A booking with us starts as a request that you send without paying. If the car is free, you get an offer with the full price; if not, we suggest another car. If it suits you, approve it and pay. Until then, nothing is charged.

The rates you see on a car's page are the rates in your offer. Bookings run from one day up to 365 days at a time. Same-day requests are fine with at least 2 hours of notice, when the car is free.

Checking your details

At pickup you must be 18 or older and carry your original G2 or G licence. Under 26, a young driver fee applies for each day of the rental. The card you pay with must be yours, and you bring it to the handover.

Third-party liability comes with every rate. For the car itself: your own policy with OPCF 27, a card that covers rentals, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is taken about 1 hour before pickup, never when you book. Each renter is checked the same way, before the booking is confirmed.
