What the specs mean

No fuel-use rating is published for this model year, so we leave those figures out.

Who it is for

It suits visitors who want a familiar car for a week in town. It suits a family trip where everyone and everything fits in one car.

Can you rent one?

Name the Polestar model you want in your request, and the offer confirms what we can give you. Meanwhile, 6 similar cars are listed below. We have no Polestar on the site right now. Send a request with the model you want, and we look for one for your dates. The car can come to your door in the Toronto area, or you pick it up at no charge.

Booking with CarmaCars

First you send a request with the car and the times. No card is charged for it. We reply with an offer for the car and the dates, priced in full. You have 24 hours to approve an offer, and payment comes with your approval.

Every car lists its own deposit and the kilometres included each day. From 7 days, the weekly rate applies; up to 365 days, a trip never costs more than the monthly rate. Give us 2 hours or more before the pickup and we can usually make it work.

Driver requirements

We need every driver to be at least 18, with an Ontario G2 or G licence. Age fees stop at 26: younger drivers pay a daily young driver fee. Your original licence, not a photo, comes with you to the handover.

The CarmaCars Protection Plan is one of three options for damage to the car; the others are OPCF 27 on your policy or a card with rental car benefits. The deposit amount depends on the car and is shown on its page. Before confirming, we verify the licence and identity of each driver.
