Before pickup
Drivers from 18 up, with an Ontario G2 or G licence, are welcome. Drivers under 26 can rent with a young driver fee each day. A card in the driver's own name is required at the handover.
Liability to others is in the rate. Damage to the car is handled by your policy (OPCF 27), your card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan, priced in your offer. Your deposit is held for the rental and released after the car comes back and is checked. Each renter is checked the same way, before the booking is confirmed.
Request, offer, keys
The first step is a free request: which car, which dates, and how you want to get it. We check the calendar and your details, then send you an offer with the total. You have 24 hours to approve an offer, and payment comes with your approval.
The rates you see on a car's page are the rates in your offer. Trips of 7 days or more use the weekly rate, and shorter trips never cost more than it. A pickup can be as soon as 2 hours after your request, when the car is free.

Between $500 and $5,000, depending on the car. It is taken about 1 hour before pickup, never when you book, and the balance is released within 7 business days after you return the car.
What coverage do I need?
Third-party liability is included in the rate. For damage to the car itself, have your own policy (OPCF 27), a credit card with rental car coverage, or add the CarmaCars Protection Plan, priced in your offer by car and driver age. At $2,500 or more we claim on our fleet policy and you pay the $2,500 deductible.
Can the car be delivered?
Yes, anywhere, including Toronto Pearson International Airport and Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport. Delivery starts at $75 plus the distance from our location, priced in your offer. Collecting the car yourself is free.
