Luup alternative: Scion

Luup alternative: the Scion

Searching for Luup alternative and the Scion? Here is what the car is like and how to rent one from us. You choose the car; a person confirms it and sends the price. Every car has its own page with its rates and calendar.

The numbers in plain words

The EPA does not rate this model year for fuel use; heavier trucks and vans are often not rated.

Best uses

It suits visitors who want a familiar car for a week in town. It suits a stretch of weeks between selling one car and buying the next.

In our fleet

Want a car for specific dates? Put them in the request and we check. We have no Scion on the site right now. Send a request with the model you want, and we look for one for your dates. Meanwhile, 6 similar cars are listed below. The handover is in person, at your address or at our location.

The steps

You choose a car and your dates online and send a request. Sending it costs nothing. Our offer spells out the rate, the delivery fee if any, and the deposit. Approve the offer to book the car. That is the moment you pay, not before.

Open a car to see its photos, rates, deposit and kilometres included. Longer trips cost less a day: the weekly rate starts at 7 days. Pickups need at least 2 hours of notice from the time you send the request.

Driver requirements

Ontario G2 or G licence holders aged 18 and up can request a car. From 26, no age fee applies; below it, a daily young driver fee does. A card in the driver's own name is required at the handover.

Third-party liability is included in the rate. For damage to the car, you choose one of three options before pickup. There is a deposit for each rental, taken shortly before pickup rather than at booking. Additional drivers can be added; each one meets the same rules and signs the agreement.
