How booking works
All you send at first is a request with the car and the dates, and it is free. A staff member reads the request and sends the offer. We reply within 2 hours. If it suits you, approve it and pay. Until then, nothing is charged.
You can check any car's calendar before you send a request. A single booking can run up to 365 days. For longer, it renews month after month. The minimum notice is 2 hours, so an afternoon pickup can be requested in the morning.
Driver requirements
You need to be 18 or older at pickup, with an Ontario G2 or G licence valid for the whole rental. There is no maximum age. Drivers under 26 pay a young driver fee each day. The payment card and the licence must match the driver's name.
If you have no auto policy and no card benefit, the CarmaCars Protection Plan is the third option, priced in your offer. There is a deposit for each rental, taken shortly before pickup rather than at booking. We verify licences and identity for every renter, with no exceptions.
