Checking your details

From age 18, with an Ontario G2 or G licence, you can send a request. Drivers under 26 can rent with a young driver fee each day. At pickup, have your original licence and the payment card ready.

You pick how damage to the car is handled before pickup: OPCF 27, a credit card benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. We take the deposit shortly before pickup and return it after the car comes back. We confirm each driver's licence and identity the same way.

Booking in plain terms

A request is free and takes a few minutes: the car, your dates, and pickup or delivery. You get an offer that says exactly what the rental costs before tax. You have 24 hours to approve an offer, and payment comes with your approval.
