Booking made plain

First, a request: the car you like, when you need it, and where. No payment yet. We review it and reply with an offer that shows the whole price, delivery included when you asked for it. If it suits you, approve it and pay. Until then, nothing is charged.

Every car on the site has a page of its own, with its calendar and its rates. A booking can be a single day or up to 365 days. Plan for at least 2 hours between sending the request and picking up the car.

Before pickup

You need to be 18 or older at pickup, with an Ontario G2 or G licence valid for the whole rental. From 26, no age fee applies; below it, a daily young driver fee does. A card in the driver's own name is required at the handover.

Three options cover damage to the car: OPCF 27 on your auto policy, a credit card with rental car benefits, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Deposits differ by car. Each car's page shows its amount. Licence and identity checks happen before the booking is confirmed.
