Luup alternative: 2002 Volvo FML

About the 2002 Volvo FML

Searching for Luup alternative? Here is the 2002 Volvo FML: what it is like and how to rent it. You choose the car; a person confirms it and sends the price. Every car has its own page with its rates and calendar.

What the specs mean

No fuel-use rating is published for this model year, so we leave those figures out.

Who the FML suits

It suits a family trip where everyone and everything fits in one car. It suits anyone who needs a car for a few days, a week or a month without buying one.

The FML in everyday use

A car body like this keeps the weight low, so it feels settled on the highway.

Getting one from us

Ask for your dates, and we reply with what we can offer. None in our fleet right now; ask and we look for one for your dates. Meanwhile, 6 similar cars are listed below. Delivery and pickup are both options across the Toronto area.

Requirements

Drivers need to be 18 or over, holding an Ontario G2 or G licence for the whole rental. Young drivers are welcome: a daily fee applies under 26. A card in your name pays for the rental, and we see it with your licence at pickup.

For damage to the car itself, have your own policy (OPCF 27), a credit card with rental car coverage, or add the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Deposits are listed car by car, so you can compare before you ask. Name every driver in your request, and each is checked before pickup.

How renting with us works

First you send a request with the car and the times. No card is charged for it. Next comes our offer, with the confirmed car and every charge on one page. Your card is charged only when you approve the offer.

The calendar on each car's page helps you pick dates that work. A single booking can run up to 365 days. For longer, it renews month after month. Pickups need at least 2 hours of notice from the time you send the request.

A request costs nothing, and the offer tells you everything.
