What you need to rent

You need to be 18 or older at pickup, with an Ontario G2 or G licence valid for the whole rental. Young drivers, under 26, can rent too, with a fee for each day. You show your original licence and your card when we hand you the keys.

Damage to the car is handled one of three ways: OPCF 27 on your policy, a credit card's rental car benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. We hold the deposit shortly before pickup and release it after the return. Name every driver in your request, and each is checked before pickup.

The booking steps

You ask for the car you want for the dates you need. The request itself is free. We confirm and price it, and the offer arrives in your account and by email. Nothing is charged until you approve it and pay.

Each car shows its own extra kilometre rate, so nothing surprises you later. Longer trips cost less a day: the weekly rate starts at 7 days. A request can be for today, as long as the pickup is at least 2 hours away.
