Your 2012 VPG MV-1: the work
Your 2012 VPG MV-1 and paint correction: what to send us, what it involves, and a car to drive meanwhile. Paint correction is machine polishing that takes out swirls and light scratches; deep scratches may need paint.
The car itself
Tell us the year and the trim; the details change from one to the next. Photos of the car help us quote it accurately. As a van, it has more paint, glass and interior than a small car, so the work takes longer.
What to send us
Send the year, the trim and what you want done; photos make the price more accurate. We confirm the price and the time with you before any work. We reply within one business day with a time and a price.
A rental while we work
A rental by the day keeps you moving while your car is in. Rent by the day while your car is in, delivered to you. Delivery is priced by distance in your offer, and pickup from us is free.
Looking after it afterwards
Rinse off winter salt regularly to protect paint and wheels. Keep the invoice with your records; it helps when you sell the car.
Before you drop the car off
Bring the keys you use every day, and the wheel lock key if the car has one. Empty the trunk and the door pockets so every surface can be reached. Point out anything you want us to pay special attention to.
When the car is ready
We give you a time with the quote, so you can plan a rental for the right number of days. You can plan the rental for the same number of days as the work.
What affects the price
The same job can take more time on a car with more trim or detail. A quote from us is free and comes with no obligation. The size of the car matters: an SUV or a van has more surface than a compact car.
