Booking the work for the Carnival

Your 2023 Kia Carnival SX+ and scratch repair: what to send us, what it involves, and a car to drive meanwhile. Paint work is matched to the original colour, panel by panel or the whole car. Light scratches can be polished out; deeper ones are filled and repainted.

The car itself

A bigger body means more surface to work on, which shows in the time. Tell us the year and the trim; the details change from one to the next. Keep the repair invoice with the car's records.

Booking the work

You can add a rental to the same request. If the job turns out larger, we ask you before doing more. Send a few photos and the year and trim; that is enough for a first price.

How long you are without it

Pick-up time is confirmed when the work is finished. We confirm how long the car will be with us when we confirm the price.

Pricing, plainly

Photos let us give a closer price before we see the car in person. If you only need part of the work, say so and we quote that part. The quote shows the price for your car and what it includes.

On the day

Bring the claim number and your adjuster's details if the repair is a claim. Photos of the damage taken at the scene help with the repair and the claim. Arrive at the time we confirm, so the work can start on schedule.

After the work

Ask us how to care for the work when you collect the car. Hand washing is gentler than automatic brushes on any finish.
